In line with the recommendations by the health authorities to limit the spread of SARS-CoV-2, which causes coronavirus disease, we have decided to adopt exceptional measures to protect the health and safety of our professionals, clients, suppliers and other collaborators, while continuing to provide our services.
Specifically, and as of today, establishing these measures until 03/30/2020:
Offices
All professionals and support services are teleworking and our facilities will remain closed.
Meetings
All meetings scheduled at our facilities are canceled.
Trips and visits
Our professionals will avoid meetings and trips to the facilities of our clients and suppliers, instead will use teleconferencing systems.
Means and resources
We have deployed all the means and resources at our disposal to guarantee the safety of all our professionals and minimize the risks and uncertainty created by the current situation, as well as to continue offering all our services normally to all our clients. In this sense, all our non-face-to-face communication channels are operational and function as usual.
All these measures are provisional and will be reviewed if circumstances require it.
